With 10 years of law enforcement experience, Ted is an instructor in A.L.E.R.R.T. Active Shooter Civilian Response and the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC).
Ted is also an active card carrying member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), with 8 years of experience in the commercial construction field.
